Right of Withdrawal: As a customer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. 
 
Return Conditions: To be approved for a return, the item must be: 
 
Unused and in original condition 
With all labels and tags attached 
In the original packaging 
 
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned. 
 
Return Shipping – 99 SEK Fee: Please note that returns are made at the customer's expense. A return fee of 99 SEK applies to all returns. This fee is due to the fact that our goods are shipped from a remote warehouse, resulting in high shipping costs. The fee will be deducted from your refund. 
 
How to Return

You will receive return instructions and the return address. 
Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. 
 
Documentation of Defects or Fit: For all return cases—including claims regarding size—you are required to document the reason for the return with clear photos or videos. This applies whether the issue involves a product defect, damage, or if the garment does not fit as expected. The photos/videos must be submitted along with your return request and should show: 
 
The entire garment/product 
The specific problem or incorrect measurement 
The label showing the size and item number 
 
Return requests cannot be processed without valid documentation. 
 
Refund: Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase price minus the return fee (99 SEK) within 14 days. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
